How to Create a Fabulous Afro While Your Hair Still Has Chemicals

If you desire an afro but still have chemicals in your hair then you will need to perform a few tricks to get away with a natural looking fro. 

1. Wash your hair like you normally do. After washing the hair I do not recommend putting any conditioners in the hair that will straighten it.
2. Section the hair off and twist while wet. Choose either a two strand twist or braids.
3. Allow hair to dry.
4. Pick hair, removing all traces of your twists and braids.
5. You will notice that the more you pick, the more the hair will look puffy. That's the look you are aiming for.
6. Continue to pick.
7. Apply a spray oil sheen to the hair.
8. Pat the hair until it has a cotton ball look.
